Sol Calling Jaeeon (29 August 21)
A factor that I also love about this is Sol's involvement. She played a quiet, but very significant role in the relationship of NB and JE throughout. She expressed her vague opinion here after seeing them being playful. It was as if she knew right then and there that it'd be JE. At first, I thought Bitna would be that friend. But. it was always Sol whom Nabi always talked to. Even when NB doesn't directly mention JE whenever they talk, Sol knew. It's not Sol rooting for them. Rather it's Sol knowing what she wants for herself. Which is why this very specific scene warmed my heart. Sol could've called others or they themselves could've helped her. But she knew it wasn't about the amount of help. It was about who could push her to try and get back up. And it was JE. We can remember how NB told him that it (arts/sculpting) was no longer fun for her. That it was her just trying to escape. And I guess it struck something in him. And even when things went rock...
